are biangbiang noodles trendy/popular in the US right now?
context: I live in a medium sized US city that has no Chinese food (partly because racists drove all the Chinese people out of town a hundred years ago) but the last 2 times I've gone to a bigger city I've went to a Chinese place and found biangbiang noodles on the menu (and ordered them because they're great)
is this a coincidence or what? I don't remember this being a thing ten years ago
