ok so that Sandbox Generator book led me into the world of solo tabletop rpgs.
I tried playing Alone Against Fear yesterday but I'm not sure if I'm gonna finish the first mission. Despite being a tabletop game, it's very table-based in a way that lends itself to automation. Early on I ran into a group of 9 zombies and then a group of 6 possessed humans and as I sat there doing dozens of "dodge" rolls I kept thinking this could have been a twine game
