They do not seem to understand why LGBTQ people might feel uncomfortable with moderators who block queer/trans hashtags and won't answer if they are willing to have moderators who block BLM or metoo hashtags.
If your moderators aren't around to help marginalized people feel safe and protected, who/what are they protecting?
