This night we didn't have a coherent dinner and everyone was eating their favorite leftovers… Except me. I decided, on a spur of the moment, to try making "Cacio e Pepe" (look it up). And of course it turned out to be watery, not creamy at all, and my cheese got clumpy and rubbery. So now I'm on a quest to teach myself to make this recipe perfect! Wish me luck :-)
