Democrats Johnson, Justin Jones & Justin Pearson led a protest in favor of gun reform on the floor of the state House of Representatives.
Johnson was the only member of the trio who wasn’t expelled: "I think it’s pretty clear. I’m a 60-year-old white woman and they are two young Black men"
