11. The Hills Have Eyes (1977). Most obvious point of comparison for this is Texas Chainsaw Massacre. Though just like Last House on the Left, the people who begin as victims start responding with their own brutality and the movie even flips perspective in some scenes to frame the backwoods mutants in a way normally reserved for slasher victims.
