mushrooms & onions with various spices simmering in olive oil, slice of dead cow marinating in malt vinegar, lemon juice, fish sauce, sweet chili sauce, random green spices, etc… I love grilling Dead Animal Parts over burning charcoal. I know, I know, atavistic of me, right?
