I got a coffee roaster as a gift recently and have started roasting my own green beans. today's batch (which I start drinking tomorrow) is from Chiapas, Mexico, which is also where the Zapatistas run their coffee growers' cooperative. now I'm wondering whether my coffee was Grown in Anarchism, and if so, how much better will that make it taste?
