Never underestimate the power of moving an app off your home screen and launch bar. It's amazing how much of my idle time allocation goes to which app I place in which slot. E.g. replacing my Twitter icon with Elk (Mastodon) had a profound pavlovian transfer effect for me. I didn't expect it to even work.
