- Every ASN owned by Facebook
- Every ASN owned by Amazon
- Every ASN owned by Level3
- Every ASN owned by Cloudflare

Then, and only then, will you be able to say "I have blocked them fully."

You will also be an island in the sun and your federated timeline will cease to contain new content because you've just isolated Everyone else as well.
