For sure. People must demand their representatives vote against absolutely all Trump administration legislation and proposal, NO MATTER WHAT that legislation is. Do not allow ANYTHING to move forward without EVERY Democrat voting in opposition each and every time. When needed, don’t give them a quorum. Filibuster continuously. Oppose everything. Raise absolute hell. Fight them. Stoo them. Absolute no bipartisan cooperation. Don't give these fascists an inch.
