To use Popper's framing, it's pure, uncut *"who should rule?"* brain. And that's not our problem now. Our problem is how to get away from concentrated, easily-subverted power structures.
And that doesn't involve horse-race thinking; it involves alternatives that are not singly owned. Alternatives like the web and PWAs.
