I also want my answer to reflect that there is already infrastructure *and* expertise for evaluating and compiling online resources: Libraries! Libraries of all types are staffed with trained information professionals who do and share this work every day. Many of us have master’s degrees and do so much more than recommend books (although we do that too) — we are out here fighting misinformation and disinformation.
