It's filled with anti-semitic lies (e.g. "There is no war going on anywhere, without [the Jews] having their finger in it," Article 22). It calls for murdering Jews (Article 7). It asserts that all of Israel is an Islamic holy possession (Article 11). It says "There is no solution for the Palestinian question except through Jihad," and it explicitly rejects all peace negotiations (Article 13).
