Strange New Worlds scene. We're in the Enterprise corridor. It's white and brightly lit. Nurse Chapel, who also has strikingly white hair, is talking to Spock, both are in uniform. Spock's ears look slightly different than usual, less pointy. Closed caption on Chapel, "Um, how's, uh, feeling going?" Caption on Spock, "It's a lot."
