Bada-bing, it took most of the afternoon but I've done it. kdl-py now supports all the numeric tags except `isize` and `usize` (mostly losing type information, tho), and then date-time, date, time, decimal, ipv4, ipv6, url, uuid, regex, and base64 string tags.
