I live on West End Avenue in Manhattan. Today, for the first time ever, there was a fall-down-drunk South American man outside our building. The doorman had to call an ambulance. He didn't speak English (illegal?) Between cyclists, the dog poop/pee & now dead drunks, NYC's dying
