Let's try to be as specific as possible so we can learn. I believe one of the misconceptions people have is that Bryan and the other people who discriminated against this man will "get in trouble" in some way. They won't.

I was then moved to someone named Bryan, who told me that I could initiate an administrative hearing. But then – shown here – what happened after was an attempt to (even in my most generous reading of this interaction) intimidate me out of initiating said hearing. I persisted.
