As the @PUCTX & @ERCOT_ISO presser begins, 12.6GW of thermal is offline, up ~20% from yesterday. Luckily, it doesn't matter bc wind & solar are generating 29GW (!) right now, ~45% of total. Would be more but solar is, again, curtailed likely due to lack of transmission. #txlege
