Was just able to remote activate my iPhone 11 cam running iOS 16.1.1 w/no request for permissions. On MS Teams for Mac. Go to settings, device and cam settings and selecting the now available iPhone handoff cam, or whatever. Seems like extra step needed. @AppleSupport
