This has been going surprisingly well. Even my 3-monitor setup (2x vertical) a breeze with Kanshi and WDisplays. Swapping out Rofi with Wofi was pretty painless*. Also changing i3status for Waybar wasn't bad. In fact, I'm enjoying Waybar more than my old polybar setup.
