I find it tough to rank things but for these kinds of lists I ask myself what I'd tell someone to watch first. Like, Fear Street 94 is a "better" movie than the 2nd Ferrigno Hercules, but I'd tell someone to go look at Herc's greased up titties before a perfectly ok teen slasher
