Every time I see one of those "how to be a successful academic on twitter" threads, I just want to scream: "THE KEY TO BUILDING A BIG TWITTER AUDIENCE IS BEING PATHOLOGICALLY UNABLE TO LOG OFF, NOT HAVING 'A PROFESSIONAL HEADSHOT' OR AVOIDING 'UNPROFESSIONAL TWEETS'"
