Donald "Kirk" Hartle voted twice in the 2020 election by mailing in his deceased wife's ballot. The GOP even promoted his fraudulent complaints about someone forging his wife's signature as "proof" the election was stolen. Hartle was sentenced to just probation and a $2,000 fine.
