This ended up being a ton of fun to write. Every time I write a parser I get better at it, and I hit on a super simple and useful pattern this time that made my code really easy to work with. P sure this is close to a standard parser practice, but I invented it on my own :p

And there we go, final tests passing now.
There's one test I'm currently intentionally failing, since afaict my impl is correct and the test is wrong, but I have an issue open for it.
As soon as this is resolved I'll publish v1.0.0, with full KDL 1.0.0 compliance.
