@stubarea51 Advice for people with racks with built-in threads:
- Never use the screws shipped by your network vendor
- Go to the HW store and buy steel screws with the correct threading for your racks
- Buy screws in bulk
- Never reuse screws
- If you use a powerdrill, set torque low
