But I never stopped wearing masks as I go out around others. My wife and I are vaccinated, but the 3yo isn't. We knew the delta variant was out there, and so even as we've been told we don't need masks, we stayed with it.

A lesson I learned from when I used to make long bicycle trips: When climbing a hard hill, don't stop pedaling until you are sure you are on the downhill side. I've seen no convincing evidence we're on the downhill yet.
