Couldn't get network to work in a Win10 VM, so I gave up on it.
Started the same VM now, thinking I'm gonna figure it out.
While I'm reading on the internet that it Should Just Work, Windows suddenly finds some new devices, and now it works.
So I guess the solution was to do nothing and wait until Windows decides it should work.
