I don't get it. Why are Republicans so committed to petty acts of cruelty? Do they think it will make them popular?

One of the most important lessons I learned about #photo editing is to release the need to imitate the camera JPEG look and just do to the picture what you want it to be.

In 2023, I hope to:

- See the good in people, despite how glaring some of their flaws may be, as mine are likely even more glaring despite any good I may have,
- Ignore political discussions except when necessary,
- Work on a new serious research project, now that my startup is winding down and my indie game has been published,
- Run 5km at least three times a week, every week,
- Be the best partner I can be to my partner,
- Be an excellent person to collaborate with professionally.

I don't know why this version (1.4.9) is still not available on the App Store. I suspect it's an issue or delay on Apple's side...

"Authoritarianism is an American historical tradition, newly energized and threatening our republican existence… we shall see whether our 21st-century democracy will live or die honestly, whether we, too, are heading for collapse or renewal through politics, law or civil conflict. How we answer such challenges will determine whether it is 1857 again in America.”
