I'd like to see us assigning liability (accountability and responsibility) with what these GPT services produce to the entities providing the services. Right now they provide a service, but fob off the liabilities to the people they sell the service to.

In the meantime, I wonder if we can use a "false advertising" angle on these things? They all seem to be promising so much (with perhaps some obfuscated fine print negating their promises) but delivering so little.
