This is just one of those topics where nuance is absolutely everything. Implying that houses and parks are used by people, but that cars are just objects by themselves is not nuanced.

One of the tipoffs that make it extremely easy for me to brush aside the current brigade of people who insist that I CW all my posts is that they overwhelming lead with over-the-top personal attacks.

Not a single one has said "here's a post of yours that caused me distress because it lacked a warning; please consider adding them on posts like this". Instead, it's that my "bad attitude" proves that I'm a complete monster.

Not talking about efficiency or how error-prone it is, just noticing this is what tends to happen in a polite conversation.
