I noticed something I want to call a new etiquette rule which didn't exist pre-cheap flight and pre-Internet: discuss time with someone in a different time zone in their local time zone.
Not talking about efficiency or how error-prone it is, just noticing this is what tends to happen in a polite conversation.
Did you notice that as well, or is it just me?
