A truckload of materials arrived this morning as well as extra old dudes. The original brothers called in more brothers. There are 12 siblings all together.
The decking will be installed today with the rails and stairs next week.
My husband is touched by their kindness in finishing his unfinished project. He truly doesn't know how to thank them.
In the crowd is a fellow Vietnam veteran who is a bladder cancer survivor too. He can commiserate with my husband, his old friend, in a way most of us can't.
Summer is keeping an eye on them.
