My main point is. This is work that is pushed on women, whether or not we are good at it. Think of all the time and mental energy that you could return to daughters, sisters, mothers, wives, girlfriends, etc, by taking on that work over the course of a lifetime. Think of how much that adds up.

And I said "get good", not just do it, because yes, that matters. This is one of the most important things you can do. Treat it like work, and like purpose. Learn. Research. If you're lost, there's thousands of books and different methods. Get good at it. So we can trust you to do it. So that you NOTICE what needs to be done, and you NOTICE when it is done by others, and you do it independently and don't just assist. 💓

Nah you’re supposed to be an easily replaceable cog. They just say you should do your best because it makes them more profit and they don’t have to pay you more for doing your best and don’t care about burning you out.

But seriously, this is a major LLM failure mode: following the _form_ of what everyone else does without any actual embedding of _why_. Bigger models will tend to have more of that information at hand embedded, but in a lot of domains, what we see is general reasoning-by-analogy and some raw data, not the actual subtle latent expertise that the status quo embeds.
So there be dragons.
