Sugar cane is a fast growing grass biofuel. It's crushed to get sugar which is fermented to produce ethanol as fuel. The crushed stalks are called bagasse which can be burned to fuel the mill.

Back in the 1920s my grandpa used to crush cane, extract the sugar, ferment it, then distill it high up in the O'ahu mountains and drink it up during prohibition. 🤙 Shaka brah.

notice both the difference between 2025 & 2026 and the way 2026 continues to rise after the Spring. I am no climate scientist, and this sure looks like a "runaway engine" pattern to me.

Netanyahu's Judaeo-Fascists and Hamas' Islamo-Fascists are each other's best enemies. They're in a kind of symbiosis of violence and murder.

If we look at who the victims of the Hamas terror attack and kidnapping were, quite a lot of the people at the Nova were peaceniks who are against Netanyahu's government, for a better Israel and for peace between Israel and Palestine. Also, it was the day of Shemini Atzeret/Simchat Torah, a day when any "real" jew should be at the synagogue, not at a music festival.
Therefore, they were the perfect victims for both sides, sinners and infidels. By allowing Hamas to murder them, Netanyahu got the perfect excuse for his genocidal war on Gaza.

And if you still don't believe it is a genocide, just look at the satellite photos. They're turning the entire place into rubble. There's nothing left. They don't want anybody to be able to live there anymore.

But then again, Hamas isn't a bunch of heroic freedom fighters, either. They're murderers who use antisemitic propaganda adapted and translated from the original German Nazis. I don't think peace will ever be an option. With their horrible terror attacks, the Islamo-Fascists push Israeli politics to the right, and with their ongoing murder spree, the Judaeo-Fascists give the Hamas a constant stream of martyrs they can use for their propaganda.

I fear this will all end in the utter destruction of what the Abrahamic religions think of as the "Holy Land". Climate change is already slowly ruining the entire region. There will be neither Israel nor Palestine when this is all over, just a dry dead desert too hot for humans to survive.

If you think we still need to support Israel because it is a project of Holocaust survivors building a Jewish home in the old land from where their ancestors were driven by the Romans almost two millennia ago, just look at how many Jews have been leaving Israel since Rabin was murdered for trying to make peace with Palestine, and how many more have been leaving since Netanyahu turned it into a shithole ruled by mobsters and fascists. Many of them even move to Germany, to Berlin, for fuck's sake, into the capital of the country that murdered six million Jews. When progressive Jews feel more at home in the country that tried to murder them than in the country that was founded to keep them safe, you know that something has gone horribly wrong.

Now the Hamas terror attack also was a political signal that triggered a global wave of antisemitism under the guise of anti-Zionism, even before the IDF began to turn Gaza into a heap of toxic rubble mixed with body parts. It has gotten much worse since then, of course, with everybody who doesn't like the Jews suddenly having a seemingly legitimate reason for hating them. Also, Israel is turning into a pariah state, slowly losing all the allies it had.

I don't know if and how this situation could be changed for the better. But whoever supports Netanyahu's government, supports murder and genocide. Whoever supports Hamas, also supports murder (and would support a second Holocaust if the Hamas ever got into a position where something like that becomes feasible). As long as that murderous madness continues, it will sow the seeds of hatred between Jews and Muslims everywhere, leading to more violence and murder all over the planet. An eye for an eye until everyone is blind.

There is still not enough research about refugees and technology. The research is being discussed at conferences, universities etc.
