If you personally use LLMs and want to contribute to the Rust toolchain, you *really* should read it.
The summary is "It's fine to use LLMs to answer questions, analyze, distill, refine, check, suggest, review. But not to *create*." Effectively, no other human should see LLM output, unless they ask for it, and LLM usage shall be disclosed.
