Billionaires don't create jobs. Demand creates jobs. As soon as someone wants a thing, there is a job to create or produce that thing. Billionaires use their massive power to control access to that demand and make it much harder for other people to meet it.
And once they've made themselves the only game in town, they can afford to exploit their workers, because where else are they going to go?
