we kind of think Failsafe is a better movie than Dr. Strangelove, but this particular line just does a very good job of illustrating a type of thinking that's endemic to statists and anyone selling the cop/military version of "security"
in particular, it's the same thinking behind claims that it's necessary to use LLMs to find security issues
