I keep thinking about the code review guidelines (https://smartbear.com/learn/code-review/best-practices-for-peer-code-review/) that @glyph linked in his article about code review and LLMs (https://blog.glyph.im/2026/03/what-is-code-review-for.html). The former article recommends not reviewing more than 400 lines at a time, and taking a break if reviewing for more than an hour straight. And I wonder, can we work backward from there to limits on how much code a single team member should *write* in a given time period, e.g. in one day?
