I get a lot of push back like, “Technology isn't good or bad, it's what people do with it that matters.” Asking whether they mean, “Guns don't kill people, people do?” makes them upset.
Is it too much to ask not to build systems that can easily be co-opted by bad actors? Am I an extremist?
