I was thinking more like this (my terrible thumb-driven mock up), based off the flag leaf, but there's room for lots of styles methinks.

The flat red maple leaf with white background off the Canadian flag. I've, very badly, thumb drawn orange and yellow streaks dor flames coming off the points and the stem. Within the red body of the leaf is THIS IS NOT FINE in white text.
