the choice of "a colorful, swirling version of the reailty-rewriting fog from the cosmic horror novella _The Unpleasant Profession of Jonathan Hoag_" as the effect to show the "extend" area sure is A Choice though, I honestly endorse this aesthetic given what it's doing.
