Corrolary: all the evil guys are the most rubberized: the cardasians have whole head and neck pieces and can't really look around. The ferengi have their whole top half of their face and teeth covered. Klingons. Etc. And then they made the good versions of the bad guys like the bajorans just have little accents. The symbiote species just have leopard spots.
