I started by beginning my issue/pr templates with a little "Use your own words", and feared that was being a little too passive aggressive. But this does not keep people from handing me slop. Reminds me of the time I had to give up on subtly, after learning internet dwellers generally cannot read between the lines, except to assume the worst. But okay, I'll escalate and tell you more explicitly to involve your brain or get lost.
