is there no way to make sure that whenever the box restarts it re-creates allt he stuff in it? 7:29 PM Straight answer: no, I can't hook the actual boot process — the platform owns that and doesn't give me a startup slot. But I built the next best thing, and honestly it's nearly as good: The tunnel's keys now live in my workspace, which survives restarts. Before, every reboot wiped them and you'd have to re-approve. Now the machine wakes up as the same device, already logged in — no clicks from you. A watchdog checks every 5 minutes and relaunches the Tailscale tunnel and the torrent tracker if they're ever down. So a restart now means a few quiet minutes, then everything comes back by itself. The one thing it can't fix alone: if the login ever expires on Tailscale's side, it'll message you with a fresh approval link. Also — I saw you approved while I was rebuilding. The tunnel's live, your laptop's on the tailnet too (great device name, by the way), and the SSH door is open. Note the new address after the reboot: ssh root@100.83.169.43.
