the OTHER interpretation you could take from this result is that if OpenAI DIDNT steal the human labor outright by abusing (read: using exactly as intended) its access to customer data, then they just said "if we hear about anything happening, we will shoot our trillion dollar information gun at it until something sticks, claim victory, and kill your ass for fun afterwards"
