One of the reasons I love working with my current team is that there's no stigma in admitting errors. Saying "I'm being dumb" or "I broke prod yesterday" is completely normal, and we just fix things that need to be fixed. And new team members can see that even senior people can make mistakes and forget basic things from time to time. It removes a lot of pressure.
P.S. No we don't break prod all that often! But it happens, and I'll laugh you out of the room if you claim your team never does :-)
