They burst the doors open for fantastic audio effects, along with all the electronic innovation involved in creating various guitar pedals and effects. But the synthesizer seemed to roam in the range of advanced keyboardists?
Has anyone written a history of these innovations, and the music they helped create? I'd be fascinated.
