This is an amateur satellite milestone.

This is ORI's digital multiplexing microwave band payload, and this is a demonstration of the uplink receiver working.

Here, the channelizer and power detector are working to track a signal swept across the uplink. Point a browser at the satellite implementation, and a web page reports station performance.

Back end is MQTT (a service in the embedded linux image) and it doesn't clutter things up when no one is looking at it.

Demod/decode is next.

• video: A video clearly showing that a signal swept through the uplink of ORI's Haifuraiya design is clearly and completely picked out and filtered. This is a big deal, because anything downstream of this depends on this polyphase filterbank working at its best. The deep purple background lets the yellow and orange spikes at the 64 channels be clearly seen. The signal is swept from low channel to high, and you can see that the energy per channel is captured and filtered correctly. This is a high performance design that protects the communications channels for the Haifuraiya design. This video shows how the plan has come together.
