Two years ago I wrote about my sales and how these things are difficult to estimate because sales come from all over the place and they're not all tracked the same way. I'm thinking about it at the moment because thanks to the Humble Bundle sale which just concluded, I sold 100k - 200k of my books in three weeks, not one of which will show up on Bookscan or bestseller lists. Publishing! Sales! It's confusing!
